Three different things need covering, and they are kept separate:
These website terms govern your use of this website — reading it, and submitting the early-access form.
Product terms govern use of the platform itself. The product is not generally available; access is arranged directly with each early-access team under a separate written agreement. Nothing on this website grants a right to use the product.
Messaging terms govern the text messages, calls and emails a business sends using Koabid. If you received a message and are looking for the terms that apply to it, this is not that document — see the Text Messaging Terms, which are complete and cover consent, what is sent, how to stop it and who to contact. How consent is collected in the first place is set out in How Text Message Consent Is Collected.
Using this website
You may read this site and submit the early-access form. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access parts of it not intended for you, or submit information about someone else without their knowledge.
If you find a security issue, we would rather you told us — see Responsible disclosure.
What we say on this site
Where a section of this site describes something not yet available, it says so in that section. Nothing on this site commits us to a delivery date for anything.
Descriptions on this site are for information. They are not a warranty, and they do not form part of any agreement for the product.
Your information
How we handle information you give us is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do.
Contact
Questions about these terms go through the contact form. The privacy rights request form is for statutory rights requests only — a response clock starts on every one of those, so general correspondence does not belong in that queue.
